When Mia Hamm scored the winning goal for Women's World Cup I realized as a young teen what was possible for a woman in this world. The sky was not the limit we could go beyond it. When it was mentioned that a promotional video for the Women's pro football league, "Louisville Racing", was needed for Zappos I jumped at the chance. Just to be even close to that world, and that victorious feeling again was all I needed to get this animation created. The video was then featured along the border of the soccer pitch.

My time spent at the Downtown Podcast, was fast-paced, demanding and whole lot of do more with less. The experience humbled me, because I learned that there really is no such thing as a bad idea, and that the creative process hinges on total acceptance. I learned about problem solving in new and inventive ways, especially when a show guest or show host would cancel at the last moment. It was a live filmed podcast at a Downtown Theater, in the heart of Freemont street. We interviewed leaders of the Las Vegas community once a week and ended the whole filming with a live music performance including and a crowd-pleasing round of shots. The podcast was more than just a podcast, it was a outlet for connecting within our community.
